O processo contou com aprova\u00e7\u00e3o administrativa, emiss\u00e3o da Certid\u00e3o de Regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o Fundi\u00e1ria (CRF) e cumprimento dos requisitos legais, incluindo os registros necess\u00e1rios no Cart\u00f3rio de Registro de Im\u00f3veis.<\/p>\n<p>Diante da regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico concluiu que n\u00e3o havia fundamento para o ajuizamento de a\u00e7\u00e3o judicial relacionada \u00e0 irregularidade fundi\u00e1ria investigada e determinou o arquivamento do inqu\u00e9rito civil.<\/p>\n<p>A conclus\u00e3o foi assinada em 22 de outubro de 2026 pela promotora de Justi\u00e7a Cassilda Maria de Carvalho Santiago.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de Santa Catarina (MPSC) arquivou o inqu\u00e9rito civil que investigava um poss\u00edvel parcelamento clandestino do solo na localidade de Nova Alemanha, em Imbuia.
