A apura\u00e7\u00e3o teve como foco a alegada aus\u00eancia de realiza\u00e7\u00e3o de tomografia e de defini\u00e7\u00e3o diagn\u00f3stica, diante da indisponibilidade do equipamento necess\u00e1rio para o exame.<\/p>\n<p>O Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico tamb\u00e9m verificou as provid\u00eancias adotadas pelo hospital para garantir o acesso da paciente aos meios diagn\u00f3sticos e terap\u00eauticos necess\u00e1rios.
