O procedimento foi instaurado em 28 de setembro de 2026 e tramita na 12\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Capital, com men\u00e7\u00e3o tamb\u00e9m \u00e0 5\u00aa Promotoria de Justi\u00e7a da Comarca de Rio do Sul.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Segundo o extrato do MPSC, os supostos repasses de remunera\u00e7\u00e3o teriam ocorrido em benef\u00edcio de agentes p\u00fablicos e\/ou terceiros que ainda ser\u00e3o identificados. O documento cita duas pessoas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">At\u00e9 o momento, o Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico n\u00e3o divulgou os valores que estariam envolvidos nem detalhou como os poss\u00edveis repasses teriam sido realizados. A investiga\u00e7\u00e3o dever\u00e1 reunir documentos, depoimentos e outros elementos para esclarecer os fatos.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">O procedimento tem como respons\u00e1vel a promotora de Justi\u00e7a Caroline Cristine Eller.<\/p>\n<p>A abertura do PIC n\u00e3o significa que houve condena\u00e7\u00e3o ou que o crime esteja comprovado.
