Eleitoras que possuem medidas protetivas vigentes podem solicitar a mudan\u00e7a provis\u00f3ria do local de vota\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A iniciativa foi desenvolvida em parceria com a Pol\u00edcia Civil de Santa Catarina e busca evitar que as v\u00edtimas precisem votar no mesmo local que seus agressores.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Segundo o TRE-SC, a medida permite que essas eleitoras escolham um local onde se sintam mais seguras para exercer o direito ao voto.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Entre janeiro e agosto deste ano, foram solicitadas 22.619 medidas protetivas em Santa Catarina, conforme dados do Tribunal de Justi\u00e7a de Santa Catarina. Desse total, 92,97% foram concedidas.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Para as Elei\u00e7\u00f5es 2026, o TRE-SC recebeu 35 pedidos de mudan\u00e7a provis\u00f3ria do local de vota\u00e7\u00e3o. A expectativa \u00e9 de que a procura aumente nos pr\u00f3ximos pleitos com a divulga\u00e7\u00e3o da possibilidade.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A Justi\u00e7a Eleitoral tamb\u00e9m avalia ampliar a iniciativa para outras situa\u00e7\u00f5es, incluindo procedimentos relacionados \u00e0 regulariza\u00e7\u00e3o do t\u00edtulo de eleitor.<\/p>\n<p>Mulheres que estejam sofrendo ou presenciando viol\u00eancia podem denunciar pelo Ligue 180.
