O reajuste foi formalizado por meio do 2\u00ba Termo de Apostilamento ao Contrato n\u00ba 013\/SDC\/2024.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A contrata\u00e7\u00e3o teve origem no Preg\u00e3o Eletr\u00f4nico n\u00ba 0051\/2024, destinado \u00e0 presta\u00e7\u00e3o de servi\u00e7os de previs\u00e3o meteorol\u00f3gica que abrangem desde an\u00e1lises clim\u00e1ticas de longo prazo at\u00e9 o nowcasting, modalidade de acompanhamento e previs\u00e3o em curt\u00edssimo prazo.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">A vencedora da licita\u00e7\u00e3o foi a Sistema de Tecnologia e Monitoramento Ambiental do Paran\u00e1 (SIMEPAR), que teve R$ 3.510.000,00 como valor adjudicado. O Contrato n\u00ba 013\/SDC\/2024 foi firmado com vig\u00eancia original de 12 de agosto de 2024 a 12 de agosto de 2026.<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Em 2025, o contrato passou pelo primeiro termo de apostilamento para reajuste de pre\u00e7o. Agora, um segundo reajuste foi formalizado pela Defesa Civil, novamente com base no \u00cdndice Nacional de Pre\u00e7os ao Consumidor Amplo (IPCA), calculado pelo Instituto Brasileiro de Geografia e Estat\u00edstica (IBGE).<\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\">Com a nova atualiza\u00e7\u00e3o, o valor total do contrato passa para R$ 4.439.223,34, representando um acr\u00e9scimo de R$ 929.223,34 em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao valor originalmente adjudicado na licita\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n<p>Os servi\u00e7os contratados fornecem informa\u00e7\u00f5es meteorol\u00f3gicas utilizadas pela Defesa Civil estadual no acompanhamento das condi\u00e7\u00f5es do tempo e no gerenciamento de riscos e desastres em Santa Catarina.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A Secretaria de Estado da Prote\u00e7\u00e3o e Defesa Civil de Santa Catarina atualizou o valor do contrato para servi\u00e7os de previs\u00e3o do tempo utilizados no Centro Integrado de Gerenciamento de Riscos e Desastres (CIGERD).
